Peru's earthquake & the Shock Doctrine

As can be seen by the above quote and through out the article ( the earthquake in Peru is being used by their local gov't and multinational contractors (Bechtel, Haliburton, ETC.) to impose ineffeciencent hierarchical measures to disrupt and retard spontaneous and effective self-organization.
